FYI... we are temporarily activating a few deceased patrons (34) as the PAC import requires the record to be active to import ticket history.
I'm giving these patrons a constituency of "TAC" (Temporarily ACtive) so that you can exclude them from lists.
Once their history is imported they will be inactivated and the constituency removed.
