I noticed that the new CSIs in category "TAMC-Constituents" and activity type "TAMC Other" are triggering with text about "Updated Account Info from Web". So far, it looks like the only CSIs generated have been for new accounts created (based on the 210-prefixed constituent ID numbers. Do we have a process in place yet for how we'll note these CSI changes and close them out, or is that something we need to chat about as a consortium? Thank you, Brian
We can also set the TAMC-Constituents category to auto close the CSI if everyone is agreed. You can still view the CSIs, by unchecking the Show Open Issues Only box.
