Unfortunately the recording has no sound for some reason, but Marta was using a script for her presentation that she shared with me. I am currently updating the script to include the times that certain sections of the script can be seen in the video so it is easy to follow along and/or skip to sections you are more interested in.
With regard to fiscal year, I was told it is not standard to have different fiscal years in T-Stats divisions (each of your data is a separate division) but this could be done via a "customization", i.e. billable consulting. I declined as you can pull the data by calendar year and calendar month -- which I tend do with everyone's data since I can't keep track of all your different fiscal years! If this becomes an issue let me know.
I only got a reply on "dates" for ticketing which is not what Kay was asking so I will go back and try to get that answered.
