It is time to migrate from 2x to Citrix Xenapp! Please start using Citrix Xenapp to login instead of 2x now. We will migrate fully as soon as everyone lets us know that they are using it without issues. Be sure to share this information with those people in your department you are not a member of this Tessitura group.
You will have access to both 2x and Citrix Xenapp for testing and will use the same login (tlsauserxx) and token for both, so if you have any problems with Citrix Xenapp, open a CSI and use 2x until the issue is resolved.
Access RAMP via Citrix Xenapp using this URL: https://naramp.tessituranetwork.com
Each user will need to have Citrix Receiver installed on their machine.

Quick question, Barbara: how soon do you think it'll be that we get migrated away from 2X completely?
I know that the short answer is "whenever everyone in TAMC has completed the migration successfully," but is there a firm date from Tess that says 2X will no longer be available from _____ on?

Just a reminder the XenApp (Citrix) migration deadline is Weds 10-26-16.
Please don't wait until the deadline to migrate.
