Just wondering if anyone in this group has implemented Tessitura Merchant Services yet? If so, do you have and words of wisdom to share?
Not yet, but we're moving that way too. Do you have any words of wisdom since you posted this?
We had implemented it in our Test environment when we discovered that all transactions processed via TMS require a CVV code. Since we do a significant portion of our business via mail (especially season ticket renewal) we have put this project on hold. We can't ask for the CVV to be written on returned renewal invoices and we don't want to call each one to request it. Tess needs an alternate method to enaable payment for patrons who do not want to set up an account an renew online. A simple payment link fo enter credit card information is needed. TMS is on hold indefintely at the Guthrie until this is resolved.
