We recently started having a conversation on how "Do Not Solicit" fits when considering Renewal notices. We have gone back and forth on whether to include them, or do we send them one renewal notice, or what. We have attributes for "No Renewals" or " One renewal/year" but it looks like there has been a slide in to using DNS, and now we're raising the question on whether that should apply here or should we retool/retrain using these attributes specifically referring to Renewals.How does this look at your organization?
