May 10th, 9:30 - 11:00amWe'll be starting with a little housekeeping, talking about what people would like this meeting to look like and what they would like to get out of it moving forward. We'll use this discussion as a chance to introduce Lean Coffee to those not familiar with it, since it is a great tool for moderating productive discussions. Next we'll open it up to general Tessitura questions for the whole group. Lastly we have a treat. Alex Harris, from Tessitura's Product team, will be joining us to give us a demo of v16 and answer any questions you might have about this latest version. If you have any burning questions, feel free to post them here and we can let him think on them in advance. Thank you for reminder on questions!It's my understanding that changes will be made to the way memberships work. We use memberships not like museums - where you might purchase a membership to gain entry for a year, but more as a way to track when to ask donors when to give again. I'm nervous about how existing members from the old version will translate into the new system. Can you talk us through what that might look like, and anything else noteworthy about the new membership functions? Thank you!
