This position serves as a power user of the Science Museum’s database and ticketing system (Tessitura). The position mines data to determine market and business trends to increase donor retention, renewal, acquisition and organizational efficiency. The position is responsible for identifying, analyzing, recommending, and implementing new and current projects and initiatives based on a deep and broad understanding of organizational data, departmental business needs, and database functionality to maximize use of technology, meet departmental goals while providing excellent audience based customers service.
