We just started using WordFly, and I'm curious who else in the area is using it!
I'd love to connect with folks who are building Tessitura lists and extractions, custom output sets and output elements, using custom views, etc. We've run into some questions regarding customization and things like segmentation, individual vs household preferences, and promotion management and I'd love to hear how other organizations are managing this type of stuff.

We have been on WF for about 2 years now. Mainly for our E-newsletter and membership renewals. Although we did start using triggered emails this summer for some automated Thank yous and post visit surveys.
