Hello from the Minnesota Orchestra!

We just started using WordFly, and I'm curious who else in the area is using it!

I'd love to connect with folks who are building Tessitura lists and extractions, custom output sets and output elements, using custom views, etc. We've run into some questions regarding customization and things like segmentation, individual vs household preferences, and promotion management and I'd love to hear how other organizations are managing this type of stuff.

    Hey Chelsea,

    We've been using WordFly for somewhere around 5 years here at the Science Museum. Currently, most of our emails are sent out using it, with very few exceptions. I usually use Tessitura lists, sometimes I use an outside list. I would love to go straight from an extraction to make working with my segments even easier, but I haven't vetted that functionality yet. 

    I'd be happy to talk to about my experience with WordFly if you'd like.
