A quick note to start: Tessitura is no longer using the "TUG" acronym due to negative connotations across other cultures. Moving forward, I'll be using the acronym "TCTU" when referring to the group in short.

Join us October 14th for our first ever virtual meet-up! Catch up with your colleagues for as long or as little as you’re available. I know I'm especially interested in hearing from folks who have gone through any kind of "re-opening", whether that's selling digital content, re-opening your physical space, or moving programming outdoors! What were your obstacles and successes? What will you apply to your existing "status quo"? How did you use Tessitura in new (or old!) ways?

Agenda:

  • special guest Michael Flaherty-Wilcox, presenting “Navigating COVID-19 with Tessitura”
  • insights on re-opening/re-imagining from the Minnesota Opera, the Minnesota Orchestra, and the Minnesota Science Museum
  • a presentation on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) work from the Minnesota Opera
  • breakouts on re-opening procedures and Tessitura’s many new functions and features
  • time to just see each other’s faces for a bit!

Many thanks to Gregory Campbell for co-organizing. Hope to see you there.

We'll be meeting via Zoom, so you do have a couple steps to fully RSVP. You'll want to RSVP to this invitation, and also click the Zoom link below and register there.

Are there specific topics you want to discuss in a breakout session? Please send ideas directly to msherer@childrenstheatre.org by Oct 2nd.

Please forward this on to others in your organization who may not be signed up in the TCTU group.
