Griffin Theatre Company is on the lookout for a brand new Box Office Manager (Full Time)!
The Box Office Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and management of Griffin’s customer services and ticketing policies and systems, and the smooth operation of the SBW Stables Theatre box office. They provide an exceptional experience for our patrons and guests, and ensures sound systems and database management. The Box Office Manager has autonomy to manage the Tessitura CRM system (including the online sales path), and develop and implement procedures in consultation with the General Manager. They also manage Griffin’s in-house Tessitura user group meetings, encouraging adoption of best systems and processes internally to deliver better business outcomes for the company.
