Indeed these are crazy times we have here. We had a remarkably poignant discussion last SydTUG (6 March) on how COVID-19 was going to affect us and it did more than we could imagine. From that meeting I raised our discussion point about bulk refunding and Tessitura has answered that call. If you do need something like that please put in a task ticket - the RAMP folks will be able to help you if you are on RAMP and there is a service pack for the rest.
Also if you are a smaller org and need a hand working stuff out - please reach out. There are a lot of skills in the network that you can draw upon from SQL, reporting and advice on strategy.
Finally from a mental health level please stay safe. Have your support on speed dial and don't be afraid to ask for help in that area if you need it. There is safety in numbers.

Just double checking that there's now a new solution for direct refunds? We're looking to avoid moving funds to 'on account' and directly to the customer's card account. I've spoken to a colleague about an alternative solution, but it would require us to do some work outside of Tessitura...
