Abandoned Cart Email

Hello local Gulf Coast peeps!

Does anyone utilize Abandoned Cart? We are going to be using it for the first time at the Florida Orchestra. I've set everything up as per the Wordfly document.

I've been testing it the last couple of days. In List Manager I added elements Ticketing - Ticket History / Tickets Performance date and Ticketing - Ticket History /Tickets Performance Name to the Output. When I Export to CSV the list generates every performance the constituent got. The one today, there were 3 Abandoned Carts. The list generated 271 lines of data.

Why is it pulling all the extra data? What am I missing?

It looks like in this case in order to pull the specific performance(s) in a customer's cart, the Abandoned Cart procedure would need to be customized, which our Consulting team could assist with if needed.
