Hi,
Our box office manager set up a new GA facility. Everything appears to be set up correctly. Tickets have been sold. When she went to print the batch, the tickets printed with no info except on one set, the very first ticket print presented by The Florida Orchestra and a couple of then printed the word COMP only.
Tessitura has looked at the set up and suggested validating the map but no other ideas.
Does anyone have any insight?
