We're just getting started with Tessitura here at MOCA. I've reached out to several of you over email and have also checked out the other discussions regarding payment methods and devices.
So, in choosing between Vantiv or Payment Express, it's my understanding that Vantiv does not process interac debit transactions, so its VERY likely we will NOT be going with them. I've been talking with a rep from Payment Express and she gave me their one option of hardware, but it's a wired device. Does anyone currently use wireless device?
Also... I know this was covered under the other discussion, but another round of "I'm Katie at MOCA and we use Payment Express and Moneris" would be helpful. We're currently with Moneris for other payment processing, but I'm getting rate quotes from other places too.
