Our organization really wants to send more people to the conference this year because it's much closer to us, however due to the exchange rate, we're at a point where we're concerned that we can't send the 3 that we are currently sending, and that's already down from last year when we sent 4. It's unfortunate as well that the hotel is so expensive this year.
Is anyone else re-considering entirely or not sending as many to the conference this year because of the exchange rate? How do you justify the expense of going when you lose so much right off the top?
