Morning Discussion Sessions

·         Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation

o   CASL legislation came into effect on July 2014. This changed (or should have changed) your company’s email marketing and communications strategies. Are you compliant? What changes did you make to get there?

·         Dynamic Pricing

o   Maximize revenue without minimizing customers

Changing ticket prices – when is the right time, what seats should change, all performances or just a few?  So many questions, so many right answers

Join our discussion on Dynamic Pricing and explore the dos and don’ts of dynamic pricing.

·         Plans

o   We’ll discuss how everyone is using plans and then talk through tips, tricks and reporting including building portfolios and using Tessitura to Go!

·         T-Stats and Dashboards

o   Dashboards are so cool; reporting at the fingertips for your dear colleagues who couldn’t run a report if their life depended on it!  So why aren’t many organizations using them?  Or using them well?  FEAR NOT!  Deanna and Mo will share some great dashboards that you can borrow for your own organization.

o   T-Stats are confusing.  Data geeks rave about it but it looks kind of intimidating.  Trudy and Co. will take the fear out of T-Stats and provide practical examples of how they can work for you.

Afternoon Discussion Sessions

·         Managing/Prioritizing projects

o   What are your experiences planning and implementing projects at your organization?  We will share our experiences, tips and best practices on prioritizing and managing projects.

·         Memberships

o   Membership “benefits” – What do Members actually want and use – experiences, glass of wine or do they simply give for philanthropic reasons. We will then lead into a discussion about Member retention. We will explain what our organizations do and ask others to share what they do and their experiences.

·         Rankings

o    More details to follow…

·         TN Express Web - TNEW

o   The last SOTUG meeting revealed a lot of interest in talking about TNEW (Tessitura Network Express Web).  This session will be a moderated discussion of all things TNEW: from single tickets to subscriptions & renewals to customizations and more.  Current TNEW users and anyone considering signing on in the future are welcome.

Please share this information with others at your organization, and encourage your co-workers to sign up for the SOTUG community group.

We look forward to seeing you and many other staff from your organization at the meeting!
