Tracking TM/TF Payroll in Tessitura

Hello Everyone,

I'm currently looking for a good solution to tracking telemarketing and telefunding payroll data in Tessitura.  Currently we have a series of spreadsheets which track hours, pay rates, commissions, bonuses, etc.  Definitely not ideal!

I'd love to know if someone has found a good solution for tracking all this information.

Thanks!

  • Hi Sean –

We’ve recently moved off our old system that we did in Tessitura due to some restructuring of how we make calls, but before that we had sort of a labyrinthine set up that worked off solicitations, sources/order channels, and some custom tables. It was by no means perfect, but really did help in making sure that what we had in Tessitura matched what we paid our phoners. The only thing we didn’t track in Tessitura was individual caller hours.

You can track amounts raised, but not hours worked. In the gift entry tab their is a place to put solicitor for each gift. This information can then be pulled through reports - I primarily used a custom report, but I think there are free reports available that will pull this data. I tracked by hand and through Tessi for a couple weeks to ensure they were correct - and it all matched!
