STUG - March 10th Get Together with Special Guest Star!

Greetings fellow Seattle Tessiturians,

Tessitura Network is coming to town in the form of the delightful Don Youngberg, Vice President of Consulting & Learning Services. He’s offered to make himself available for a STUG social hour while he’s in town and would love to see as many Seattle folk as possible. This is a chance for all Seattle Tessitura users to come together, meet each other, perhaps make some connections and hear what’s going on with the Tessitura Network.  For those of you who have been to any of the conferences, you’ll know who Don is. He’s the man that not only keeps everything moving smoothly, but still has energy on the last day of the conference! I’m still trying to figure out his secret. If you’ve never been to a conference, now’s your chance to meet him!

Seattle Rep will be hosting a STUG social hour from 5:00 – 6:30 on March 10th in our Rotunda.  This is mostly a chance to mix and mingle with some adult beverages, light munchies, and a chance to get to know other Seattle Tessitura users.  Don will briefly give us a run-down of what’s happening with the Network and other assorted news. Other than that, it’s an open evening so even if you can’t make it for all of it, please come for some. Just as a challenge Seattlelites, when Don recently visited the DC area and attended their User Group Meeting, there were 21 people from all 10 organizations (100% representation). I know we can do better than that!

Please pass this message along to all Tessitura people in your organization. I know this won’t hit everyone, so help us get the word out!  RSVP to me, Heather Kraft (heatherk@seattlerep.org) just so I can get an idea of the amount of people to plan for. Let me know if you have any questions as well.

Thanks all,

Heather

P.S. There’s a bunch of construction that will be going on at our main Mercer St lobby entrance, so if you plan on coming, please go to the Leo K. side of our building which is easiest to access from Warren Street via August Wilson Way in the Seattle Center. If you get lost, check in at our Stage Door entrance on Mercer!  Here’s a link to a pdf map of our entrances, you’ll want to aim for the RED entrance. http://www.seattlerep.org/Plays/TheatreCommonsSRT.pdf

  • Hi folks!

Thanks to all of you who have already signed up for tomorrow's STUG meet n' greet, it looks like we'll have a good group going. For those who haven't RSVPed and would like to come (and who wouldn't!), please shoot me an email (heatherk@seattlerep.org) so we know approximate numbers for refreshments.

Again, that's tomorrow, March 10th from 5:00 - 6:30. Be sure to come around to the Leo K. side of the building for access. We are *not* accessible from Mercer St due to construction right now.

Thanks all, hope to see you tomorrow!

    Heather
