I'm trying to create a new CSI that flows through from a question box on our website. I've set up the CSI elements but it is not pulling through onto the constituent record. Does anyone regularly build new CSI's that may be able to help me figure out what part I'm missing? Thanks!
Amanda Leigh The most common issue with CSIs not pulling through to a constituent record is the set up / association of the CSI's Activity Category, Type and Origin. Origins are optional but once associated with an Activity Type, Origin becomes a required field in CSIs with that Activity Type. The best way to test that your set up works is to add a new CSI through the Tessitura client using the required Contact Method, Activity Category, Activity Type and Origin. If you are able to successfully add a CSI through Tessitura with the required set up then it should also work from the web.
