I'd like to preface this statement with the understanding that not everyone will always be able to come to every meeting, but I think for planning purposes, it would serve us well to have a "set" schedule going forward.
I am proposing the third Thursday of each month from 4p-5p, with this first "April" meeting being an exception.
So, the schedule for the rest of the year is as follows:
May 17 -- WordFly and Tessitura + Triggered Emails
June 21 -- Retail/Concessions, QuickSale, Invoicing, Mass Refunds/Cancellations
July 12 (one week early to allow for TLCC) -- New Versions/Enhancement Requests + Roadmap: Presented by Katie Mihalka and Robert Martin
August 16 -- Campaign/Fund Structure + Finance/Accounting Reconciliation
September 20 -- T-State vs Tableau: Presented by Angela Hodges and Megan Martin, Hosted by Crystal Bridges
October 18 -- CSIs, Adding Multiple Constituents, Guest/Donor Info
November -- Facility Tours at each location, date and time TBD
December 20 -- Holiday Party
Is there any chance we could switch the June and July topics (if presenters are available)? I'd like to be there for the "New Versions/Enhancement Requests + Roadmap" discussion but will most likely be on maternity leave in mid-July.
