My understanding is this cannot be set up on Tessitura as a question on the website, and wondered if anyone else had any advice / methods that worked for them when collecting customers' DOBs? Hi Mark, we use a Wordfly pages link within our welcome journey to acquire DOBs. They write in as separate day/month/year attributes. We then have a script to collate them as a single DOB attribute as well as one to assign their age range (that refreshes annually) for reporting purposes.
