Ok - I haven't done this before, mainly because I've always had support in very close proximity!

Hi Simon, Rachel has good information, but for more input in a wider audience, you might also consider posting your question in the Marketing or Ticketing & Customer Service forums; when you post there you'll likely want to include the email platform you're using:
