Is there anyone in your organisation who is not already attending TEC 18 but would like to volunteer?
We are looking for people to help with directing delegates around the conference venue during the times below. Volunteers would need to commit to a half or full day on one or both of the conference dates.
Monday 5th November 09.30 – 16.00 (arrive 9am for briefing and tour of venue)Tuesday 6th November 08.30 – 16.00
Volunteers would be welcome to participate in one or more conference sessions outside of their volunteering duties. This would be subject to individual session capacity, so you would be asked to wait until all delegates are seated before joining a session. Requests to attend specific sessions would be facilitated as much as possible. All volunteers would be welcome to attend the open space sessions and the general sessions at the end of each day (The Bridgewater Hall on Monday, Midland Hotel on Tuesday). Lunch and refreshments provided.
