Hello Nordic team
My name is Annie and I work as Consortium Manager for Ticketing Network East Midlands in Nottingham, England. The four consortium organisations have been using Tessitura since 2011. This year I am part of the Open Space planning team for TLCC 2018 and we're reaching out to those of you lucky enough to be attending TLCC this year. There's so much to do at the Conference so as you plan your conference experience, we want to take this opportunity to invite you be a part of Open Space Discussions.
Open Space is a wonderful opportunity for us to bring questions forward and dig deep into discovery with the community. This is our chance to explore those topics that are most-relevant and important to us. What’s that one topic that you’re most interested in diving into with colleagues from around the Network? Write that down and bring it with you to Open Space. Don’t have a topic in mind? Just bring your experience as an arts & cultural professional – your colleagues will have plenty of conversation starters you can join in on.
I must admit to being typically British and reserved so I was sceptical about the number of people who would stand up and convene a discussion but I was proved so wrong. I was so impressed by how everyone really engaged with the Open Space concept and whilst I didn't convene a discussion myself those discussions I joined turned out to be my favourite sessions of the whole conference.
The Open Space Opening Circle begins on Sunday this year and the discussions continue throughout the week. Here’s a look at the full schedule for Open Space:
