Hello all - it's been a while since we met in Helsinki.

Benedicte and I have been working on putting together a Nordic digital meeting at the end of January. The date and time are set for January 25 between 9:00-12:15 CET. 

  • The online meeting will be held in Teams and we ask that you please register via the red 'register' button above this information

  • For the first session you can attend either Front of House or CRM-Marketing (9.15-10.30am) - please state in the comments below which you will attend so that Tessitura can allocate you to the right break-out room 

  • For the last session for Analytics and Insights (10.45am-12.15pm) you can use the same link, and please comment below if you plan to attend this discussion 

All topics on the agenda are taken from the survey completed by participants after the Nordic meeting in Helsinki. 

Our idea with this meet-up is to create a form of open space where the conversations are owned and driven by the participants in the discussion. The idea is that the conversations are focused on the topic set for the discussion so that it creates relevance for the participants.

This means that there will be no one facilitating the conversations but the group itself; please be ready to start off the discussions by introducing yourself, your role, and organisation. 

Agenda

  • We start at 9am CET, with a hello and welcome. 

The two following discussions will take place in different Teams rooms, between 9.15 and 10.30am. 

  • Front of house – safety, satisfaction and customer experience 
  • CRM-Marketing – with focus area, e-mail and text messages 

After these discussions there will be a 15 minute comfort break and then the last conversation will take place between 10.45-12.15pm. 

  • Analysis/insights, what do you do with your insights from the analyses TS-analytics, other Bi tools that include data from surveys/customer cases. And how to take the analysis/insights forward.
