It has been a while since we have been able to meet. And we are hoping this is a good thing because we have all been super busy getting our venues back to (OR BETTER THAN) normal.

Some of us may already be on V16 and others preparing. So we hope this hour will be of great help to all. Meredith has been kind enough to arrange for a member of Tessitura’s learning team, Michael Flaherty-Wilcox to join us with a 20-30 minute presentation on preparing end users for V16. We will also leave time for questions and some of your V16 input.  A formal agenda will follow.
