Tessitura Payments - Who's on it?

Hi All!

Great to "see" everyone last week.  Someone mentioned they were on or getting on Tessitura Payments. And during the testing period refunds were double refunded.  Who was that?

Can you respond and/or reach out to me? We are in the process of going to TP.

    Hi Jessica, It was Mayo Performing Arts Center. We had to upgrade our Test environment to v15.2.27 on Monday. The update is scheduled for this Thursday in our Live environment. This patch is supposed to fix the double refund glitch that was identified during our first test transaction.  We will be running another test transaction/refund in the next couple of days. I am just waiting on Tessitura support to walk us through that. We are working with Natalia Chavez. Feel free to reach out to me if you have specific questions. I will try to help if I can.
