Hello NJ friends & colleagues, I hope everyone is enjoying this spring weather and news of increased capacities! I wanted to reach out to ask about what types of scanners your orginization uses for NSCAN? We recently left Audience View and are still using the older Saveo models that we purchased for that system about 6 years ago. Since loading NSCAN, they have been a bit unstable and give me alot of application errors. We are in the market for scanner upgrades. The documentation says that both Saveo and Zebra are compatible. Do any of you have a scanner that you are happy with? Anything I should know while shopping models? Also, are any of you using the new Moblie Ticketing offered by Tess?
