Hello everyone. It was great meeting you last week. And I look forward to meeting more of you while we share ideas and best practices for the future. At our introductory meeting, we decided that our next meeting should take place in April, and after Easter. A few of us have thought that the 4:00pm hour worked well last week. And considering these meetings should not be much more than 45 minutes to an hour, we are hoping it does not interfere with anyone’s work schedule. Please fill out the Doodle poll linked below, which lists 6 possible days in April when we can meet again. It would be great to have your choices by next Thursday, March 25th. We also discussed agenda items for our future meeting(s) that included getting to know the member organizations. This may require one representative from each organization to speak for that organization, perhaps giving an overview of the operation and even how Tessitura best serves that organization. Another agenda item was sharing our personal Tessitura wish-lists that other members may be able to offer solutions to and suggestions for, on the spot. Finally, we discussed possible formats such as Lean Coffee Discussions and breakout groups for networking. All these items and formats will be considered as we come up with an agenda for our next meeting.
