• Organizational Introduction - Please choose one representative from your organization to give an overview of who you are and what you do. For theatres, knowing if you are a presenting of producing house, subscription based, etc.  Also knowing your organizational product type (music , theatre, art, education, science) and the audiences you serve would be helpful. Additionally, how Tessitura has best served your organization. Also a quick overview of where you stand with Covid safety protocols and audience/attendee return trends.
• Community Wish List - What do each of us hope to get out of this community group?
• Tessitura Wish List - Is there one item in terms of "I wish Tessitura could do this..." that perhaps someone else in the group has already asked and answered and could share? This may be something that may be better fleshed out at future meetups and discussions. We would also like to plan discussion around v16 upgrade, Tessitura Merchant Services, SalesVu, Instant Encore, group training, Tessitura Analytics.
• Future Planning - How should future meetings be structured? Can we create a larger Planning Committee to help organize and plan upcoming meetings?
