Recent Gift Aid Ruling and Updates to Tessitura Functionality

Hi Everyone,

We hope you have all seen the fantastic news that HMRC have confirmed that ticket income that is donated by a patron, as long as they have a valid declaration, is now eligible for Gift Aid.

We are working on updating the new functionality we released in service packs 15.0.16 and 15.1.9., including the Event Cancellation Utility, to be in line with this new legislation, as well as recommended practices on the Gift Aid process to ensure you retain and gain as much revenue as possible.

    HI All, just a quick update regarding updates related to the recent Gift Aid legislation changes-  

    We are still working on the update to the Event Cancellation Utility to add a new mode that allows tickets to be returned to a Gift Aid contribution. We expect this update to be available shortly after the Holiday weekend.
