Hello everyone
Thanks for completing the doodle poll. Friday 13th came out top (just) so that's the day we'll go with in the afternoon. Apologies to those of you who are unable to join us on the Friday in person but feel free to suggest a topic and ask a question and we'll make sure we cover it for you. More details to follow but if you have any topics that you would like to see on the agenda or any burning questions you would like answered please just post here.
Really looking forward to welcoming you to Nottingham
Best wishes
Annie, Melanie and Ryan
Hi,
One suggestion for a topic to bring to the table would be how different organisations and venues communicate with their staff about Tessitura's myriad of uses...
How do you galvanise all staff members (inter-departmental) to get on board and maximise Tessitura's potential? Who are the key advocates that can drive this? What ways have you found this can be done successfully - Do new ways of using the CRM have to be enforced as compulsory? How can you engage non-regular users?Rosie.
Time allowing, I would like to discuss managing relationships with internal customers (employees) through the use of Plans
I'd like to discuss how other organisations might be using Resource Scheduling (we're thinking about using it to develop hospitality packages).
We're suggesting the meeting is 12.30 - 4.30 pm to give people a chance to network or go for a drink afterwards if you are not rushing off for a train. We'll have plenty of tea coffee and cake and if you don't want an early lunch feel free to bring your own with you. We can eat and chat.
Claire has found some post it notes from the last meeting around topics that you wanted to see on the agenda but if you have any other burning topics that you want to talk about with other organisations just let us know.
Hi Everyone, looking forward to seeing people next Friday!
Hi everyone - looking forward to Friday.
We have been discussing our use of plans recently re. prospecting so it will be great to hear from others how they're using them too.
