Thanks for getting this off the ground! I'm on annual leave then so won't be able to attend I'm afraid but hoping others in the BCLM team will be! One thing possibly to discuss though is the fact that (at the moment), Tessitura  hasn't been chosen as one of the box office providers to integrate with the new Arts Council data platform Illuminate? 

Hi Carolyn thanks for raising this as a suggestion. Jim Shea, VP - Technical Consulting, recently replied to similar post on the EU Data Insights Community page. Pasting in here for context, hope this helps: 

Tessitura is actively working with PwC to provide the information and access that they need to integrate data from Tessitura with the Illuminate platform. PwC has access to an environment for development and testing purposes, and we have been providing assistance with the the REST API. I have reached out to PwC to confirm that they have the information that they need and to see if I can determine their timeline for completing the integration.
