Hi everyone,
We would love to have a Kansas City area meetup in early to mid-June. To do so, we will need to secure a host organization with room for 50-ish people.
Laura and I will take up the torch of content, assist with scheduling and handle communications with all of the attendees, so your time commitment is relatively minimal.

Sounds great. We'll let you know a final date soon. Tuesday and Wed would be nice as the museum is closed, but there woudl be the issue of getting everyone to the meeting room. On the 5th, 8th, or 12th it woudl be easier to enter and get to the meeting rooms, but then you'd have parking to content with.Do you normally meet 4 - 6pm?
Tuesday and Wednesday are excellent meeting days! We would probably have the most attendance on the 6th or 7th or 13th if one of those dates works for you. For the meeting time, we work around the hosting organization’s schedule which is usually 4-6pm, 5-7pm or once it was 4:30 to 6:30pm.
