The Audience Research Manager is responsible for collecting, compiling, and reporting on attendance and sales data and oversees ongoing surveys to learn about the Museum’s audiences. Their work is instrumental in informing audience and membership strategies. The position is in the Membership and Guest Services Department and works in close collaboration with individuals in the departments of IT, Development, Marketing, and Learning and Interpretation. This position also supplies sales and attendance data to the Chief Financial Officer to assist with admission projections and audience insights.
