Hello Houston Tessi Users,
I wanted to say hello and introduce my-self as one of the new co-chairs of the Houston Tessitura Community Group. I work at Houston Ballet as the Ticketing Services Manager, as with all ticketing and jobs in the arts I wear lots of hats. Mainly my focus is on subscriptions, Tessitura processes and procedures for our ticketing staff, data sales analysis, and the ever present patron care our ticket holders have come to expect. I have been with Houston Ballet for almost 5 years. Before that I worked for ArtTix in Utah as a Box Office Supervisor, helping the 30+ resident arts organizations with all their ticketing needs across 4 venues in downtown Salt Lake City.
It's wonderful to see the HTC group be reestablished and I can't wait to meet you all. We have such a myriad of talented and amazing people here in Houston to grow with and learn from.
