Hi Y'all! I had the pleasure of chatting with some of you back in April about my grand plan to get more THUG meetings on the calendar and after some deliberation and discussion, I think a Post-TLCC THUG meeting would be a great way for us to get together and talk about our TLCC experience especially for those who weren't able to make it this year.
As I have been learning more about the different regions and how they arrange their TUG meetings and what types of meeting "activities" are successful, I have come up with a sort of agenda that I think would be great for our community. Here is what I have so far:

Since we have several members of our group presenting, how did your presentations go?
What presentations stood out?
Did you come away with some ideas or opportunities you would like to implement in the coming year?
Are there any lingering questions you came away with or maybe that didn’t get answered?
Networking Happy Hour ???
Obviously the best part of THUG meetings. If we start the meeting at around 4:30PM then we could head over to Lawless or somewhere on Main around 5PM.
I emailed a few people but thought it would help if I post here as well! I am looking at the week of August 12 perhaps Thursday (Aug 15) or Friday (Aug 16) so if you could poll your Tessitura Power User Group and let me know if there are any preferences (or dates that just won’t work). I would love to get this invitation out by next Wednesday and I know I can count on you to be my THUG ambassador and help me get this dream realized.
