Who or what position is really the driving force behind Tessitura at your organization? Is there one person that oversees the direction that you are going with Tessitura or is it your Tessitura Users Group?

Sorry, I'm just now seeing this. At the Houston Symphony the T.U.G. drives Tessitura usage and set up.
