I'm looking for a good time to meet with the content planning team. However, anyone who wants to attend is invited.

Our agenda will be to build a proposed content outline for the next 9 months.
We will then hand this off to the logistic team who will start to working on getting spaces setup for our sessions. And we will then figure out how we will work together to pull together the content.

· Proposed mix of types of meetings 15-20 minutes
· Creating Proposed meeting schedule 15-20 minutes
Things to consider:
· What should the mix of meeting styles be
o Special Interest Groups
o Social Gatherings / Site Visits
o Educational Session
o Discussion Vs Presentations.
· What are the themes of the meetings.
