Meeting Agenda

·         6:00 PM – Networking and refreshments provided by BAM

·         6:30 PM – Introductions

·         6:45 PM – Presentation/discussion: Donor Acquisition Using T-Stats

T-Stats is vital not only for daily statistics tracking but also for one-shot, targeted information.  Mike Mariano of New York City Center will share how his Development department uses T-Stats as part of its regular Membership reporting.  He will also reveal how T-Stats can be used to target ticket buyers for donor acquisition based on specific geographic and demographic requirements.

Are there marketing myths and legends floating around your organization that you wish you could disprove - either to yourself or to others?  Tom O’Connor of Roundabout Theatre Company will share ways that Roundabout has reconsidered audience segment profiles based on simple data findings from direct marketing response and research. Following the brief presentation, participants will be encouraged to discuss their own organizational myths – those that have already been debunked, and those that may be.
