Small Triumphs: A few takeaways from last time & reminder our next meet up is tonight

For those who weren't able to join last time, here are a few of the wins that people reported:

• Holding staff trainings for departments that are usually on very disparate schedules
• Tackling some of the 'wish list' projects
• Using as an opportunity to improve accessibility
• Setting up cloud-based versions of tip sheets (e.g. putting the lists of shortcut keys where people can find them from home, vs the dog-eared print-out tacked up next to your desk)

Another mention was that the organization was also creating digital content opportunities for staff--the film screening they can all access, then hearing something extra from the director, or Artistic.
