Hello NYCTUG!
As you may know, 92Y has been working on a project to redevelop our customer experience and communications. With the goal of establishing a more patron-focused engagement strategy, we have replaced some existing marketing technology, bringing Salesforce and personalization tools to work in concert with our Tessitura instance. This work has meant significantly reshaping some of the infrastructure of our business—including budgets as well as our teams. It has also fostered an innovative mindset and a new outlook on what we’re doing, when and why, across the organization.
Now 9 months into the project, we wanted to share some results and learnings and hear from you about what your priorities are for the coming year.
