NYCTUG is pleased to announce hands-on training sessions for Tessitura Analytics on Wednesday, March 27, at the American Museum of Natural History.
The trainings will introduce the basics of navigating Tessitura Analytics. Guided dashboard exercises will also teach you how to apply and use filters, to perform data discovery using existing widgets, to extend and enhance widgets and to create a new dashboard. Bring your laptop!
Due to the session format, capacities must be tightly managed. There will be two sessions (1pm and 3:30pm), each seating a maximum of 35 attendees. Each Tessitura organization in the greater New York City area is invited to send a total of two people. Please coordinate across all of your Tessitura users to determine who should attend and then submit those two names via this form.
Note that requests will all be individually confirmed, including session times.Your organization's spots are only guaranteed for the first week of registration--you must complete the form by noon on Tuesday, March 5.
If spots are still available after the initial registration period, we will switch to an open enrollment option. We expect to be able to do this, although it will be for a limited number of seats.
Attendees must each bring a fully-charged laptop (not tablet) in order to actively participate in the training.Thank you for your support of this unusual event registration process.
Jamie O'Brien is this going to be the same session that was done at TLCC 2018 or will it be different?
I suggest thinking of it as an evolution of the TLCC sessions. The conference was the first ever attempt at these, and they're always working to make them the best they can be. Plus, progress continues on the tool itself, of course.
That being said, given the limited capacity, I'd personally recommend organizations send people who did NOT already do a hands-on training session with Chris Wallingford and the other Tessitura Analytics experts.
