Presenters will discuss how they used standard features to ticket unique situations (we're looking at you, Education), manipulating facility and performance setup to effect the end result, and how tablets/kiosks/mobile have changed the way we provide services. Hi Chuck (and who ever else may get this!)
Does anyone have access to the presenters and/or the presentation to this event? If I recall, someone from BAM presented on Education groups being able to reserve group tickets online, but the payment was not processed until a later time. Any idea who that person was?
