Have a process in Tessitura that you're *certain* must be easier/faster/better than your current flow? Wanting to retrofit your installation of Tessitura to support an evolved business model? Maybe your organization is in the middle of its implementation?
This interactive, participatory session will lead you through the assessment, mapping and measurement techniques Allison and Erin recommend when faced with a new implementation or a Tessitura reset. Through a series of exercises and examples from your colleagues at NYCTUG organizations, they will help you answer the questions you should ask when considering small, medium, and large CRM changes:
• When is the right time for change?
• How should your organization prepare and plan for change?
• What are your quantitive and qualitative metrics for success?
This workshop will prepare you to make small changes with big impact, and when to take the big steps needed to ensure organizational success. Event will conclude with Open Q&A.

Quick update about Wednesday's event--post-session, we'll head to Playwrights Celtic Pub on 8th Avenue between 44th and 45th. All are welcome, regardless of whether or not you could make the earlier portion. We'll probably get there around 8:15pm. Space is reserved, drinks specials TBD (but it's not a pricey menu).
