we are currently thinking about buying a prospect research tool which my department hasn't done since the early 2000s. i know that there are some that integrate with tessitura or are on their way to it. our options seem to be:
iWaveWealthEngineDonorSearch
i've had a demo with iWave, and have demos scheduled with WealthEngine and DonorSearch. i know currently iWave and WE are integrated with Tess and that DS is on its way there. does anyone have experience using any of these products? how was the integration with Tess? what is the support like from the companies and/or Tessitura support - particularly through upgrades?
