IDNYC Usage/Tracking

Hello all,

As we head into the second year of the IDNYC program, I wanted to see if  other NYC Tess orgs were interested in sharing what the challenges of the program have been, what you're doing to track IDNYC members, how you're reporting on the usage, etc? We've definitely found that we grossly underestimated the response to enrollment from a fulfillment angle.

I’ve just started at City Center (after 19 years at the Met Opera)  and am trying to get handle on the process.  The main push here is to stop doing things manually so we are using the existing programs:

    Importing Constituents

    Manage Constituencies

    Manage Attributes

What I’m trying to find out is if someone has developed a program that will add Membership records.  Any chance you know about this program?

Long answer to- yes City Center is interested.  - Leslie

  • Hi there,

I think that would be great! New York City Center would love to participate in this conversation.

  • If folks would like to have a conference call on this subject, I may be able to help facilitate such an opportunity.

Folks please send a note to this thread and let’s see what sort of interest we have.
