NYCTUG Presents: I need some HELP: Resources to answer questions about Tessitura…
Need to Tessi-try something new at your organization? Ever wonder if there's a better way to handle that old task? But when your co-workers don't have the answer, how do you get HELP?
Appropriate for both newer Tessitura users and for "power users" charged with providing support to colleagues, this NYC TUG meeting focuses on how to find the resources you need to solve technical and business problems. From official Network training, support and consulting resources to local and international community resources, there's always someone with the right experience or outside-of-the-box thinking available to help.
Bring your success stories about crowd-sourced solutions to arts admin challenges and "Tessitura Magic" tips that have saved your non-profit money, time, or employee stress. Need an assist with a tricky issue? Use the meeting as a resource!
We'll have two gurus on hand, Howard Levine of the 92nd Street Y and Kristen Olson of the Tessitura Network. The New 42nd Street's Jamie O'Brien will act as moderator.
Networking and refreshments start at 6:00pm. Pizza and soda will be served.
Please RSVP by using EventBrite. https://nyctugoct2014.eventbrite.com

anyone else find it ironic we are using Eventbrite to RSVP?
A question for the forum might be how to we use Tessitura for registration-type events. Perhaps to make free reservations for GA events where some drop off is expected and tickets are issued at the door for first come first serve.
